They have won the FA Cup 3 times and the

Cup winners cup once, and since 1958 they have only been out of the top flight for eight seasons. Now OK they are not a top team but their record is one of a 'consistent top fight team' and their record to date is better than ours.

But thats not to say it will be anymore :).
