To be fair to the club -

The Community Stand Infill was financed as soon as we made it into the Prem. Didn't hear too many protests when it was being built from fans or posters here.

I'm not quite sure what an internal fit out project is, but I'm sure that it was also financed by our season in the prem as well, and is committed work.
