Lambert's beef...

Is it just that having joined us as a League 1 mess and taken us to a mid-table Premier League finish, he felt he'd earned the right to talk to "bigger" clubs when they came knocking and his feeling "let down" is down to us refusing permission? If so he's a bit naive to think we wouldn't kick up a stink and try to keep him.

I dunno.
