With constructive dismissal the resignation is treated as if he was sacked

basically if we sacked him without cause we would have to pay up his notice period but conversely any copensation due to us would also normally reflect the time left on his contract or his notice period. I suspect therefore we are seeking ?2m from Villa as compensation and he has lodged this claim as a counter claim to try and help them get out of paying that compo.

He probably wouldn;t be doing it if we weren' after compo from Villa but even so its dirty from Lambo and Villa. he got what he wanted so the fact he is now helping them to try and avoid paying any compensation is low in my eyes.
