First post - replacement for Worthington?

Everyone quite rightly thinks he should go but who could replace him?

Mike Newell would be idea for me though he might not wanna leave Luton for us now. Dave Penney has done wonders at Doncaster and could possibly make the step up. Keegan? Dunno he could get the players motivated and plays attacking football
