If it's calls and it's going on internet, they've got you set up on the wrong tariff. Quick call to customer service will sort that. That's O2's biggest plus point, the customer service is blinding.
Mine's up for renewal in January - I'm very tempted to f**k 'em off, get my current phone unlocked and just use giffgaff instead.
