This Contract Of Worthingtons...

WHY is this contract of Worthington such a problem?

WHY would it be so expensive to pay him off?

WHY did the Board get themselves into such a position that they gave an employee a watertight contract that made him unsackable?

Its almost as tragic as Leeds offering Seth Johnson ?37'000 a week when he was hoping for ?15'000!

Who needed who more at the time he was offered the new contract? Was he given it to ward off the interest of other clubs? NO. Were other clubs beating a path to our managers door? NO. In his time with us, has any club EVER been seen to be interested in him or linked with him as their potential new manager? NO.

So WTF were they doing giving him such a contract?

Absolutely f**king unbelievable financial mis-management on a major scale, and a question that needs to be asked at the AGM.
