Stability is essential, knee jerk reactions don't lead to long-term success

If you think about the 7 year plan, we were budgeting and planning for relegation and a return to the premier league and then getting promoted again.

I see no reason why this would still be the case. I think it's the right way to go, even if we were to get rid of Hughton (which I think would be a bad move) who would we get instead? Genuinely, what manager that would want to come to Norwich are people thinking we should get and would do a better job?

I would only be concerned if I thought the team weren't playing for Hughton - I don't think that's the case at this stage. The Liverpool game was bad, but in no small part due to a lack of confidence from certain defenders and some suicidal individual errors. Shit happens.

As has been said, it will be about how we do in the games against our relegation rivals rather than games against the big guns.
