Anyone that did give him stick, it would just be out of bitterness. One of the fundamental things underpinning golf is sportsmanship combined with etiquette - woods had his chance to win that match but he missed a straightforward putt, it wouldn't have been right for the final moment of the cup to have been a European player missing a short putt, we would have been celebrating like it was a win either way. That said, I think molinari would have buried it :-)
