Agree totally, just look at Bryan Gunn

I didn't think the Newcastle fans only liked Hughton because of his personality though, I thought they also felt he was unfairly sacked (prematurely)

Surely that would suggest he's got managerial ability also in their opinion, not just a "nice guy" so to speak
