and tactics defy belief. Man for man you would almost pick all our players over Sheff Weds, but their manager knew what to do(as all other managers seem to). Four big defenders so they could cover the long ball to Ashton, two strong midfielders who can pass to their own side, two tricky wingers on the break, and two forwards who chased everything into every corner. They worked as a TEAM.
Our players play as individuals, Ashton looks like he has lost all faith in his teammates and is shooting on sight, Huckerby same. Hughes is a headless Holt without the passing skills!!!!, Marney is a headless Holt playing right wing!!!!, Brennan is a left back who couldn't run past a full back on crutches.
We need new ideas, because there is no consistency in anything worthy does. Why do we have Charlton on the bench for a home game as well as Colin. Why not Jarrett, who started to look better, why not McVeigh, who three weeks ago was the missing link, why not Jarvis(either of them).
