Surman is simply not strong or technically good enough
Johnson is a premier league Andy Hughes
Howson needs to step up more, I think he has ability just is struggling to make a telling impact on games

Tettey, Pilks, Wes, Bennett & R Bennett need a go now

Long hard winter ahead... It could be worse we could be Ipswich
