Hughton has inhereted a successful team (three years of progression) that Wes was an integral part of. No comparison between the two situations.

A good manager gets the best out of the set of players he's given and finds a formation that suits them, not the other way round.

Why destroy something that works just to build something that's massively flawed and may cost us our prem status due to time restraints? All of that just so Hughton can play "his way". News flash, it's not about him, but the squad of players and the clubs best interests.
