he's replaced some players with better ones and the nett result is we're a shadow of the side that finished last season. When things aren't working, mostly he's replaced like with like.
Yes, Liverpool have spent way more money than us. But a) that wasn't their first choice team and b) can you imagine if they'd really gone for us? They could've had as many as they wanted. Would you still be urging caution if we'd taken the scum's record?
Loyalty is all very well but can be misplaced. He's giving me no confidence, clearly he's giving the players no confidence, and I can only hope he's giving Mcnally no confidence either. if you want blind loyalty, get a dog. We are a better team than we've shown this season. As I said below: we're less than the sum of our parts.
Calling for patience doesn't make you wise. This is football. If it's wrong, it's wrong. There's a growing body of evidence that says it's wrong. Fix it. I'm not saying sack him today and look for a replacement - I'm saying as soon as a better option is available we should take it.
Hopefully McNally has told him he's already in s**t street.
