Ruddy - 6, not much he could do
Martin - 7, our best defender
Turner - 2, just shocking, slow, cumbersome, poor distribution, did virtually nothing right
Barnett - 5, but was basically playing in the centre on his own
Garrido - 5, by far his worst game
Snodgrass - 4, should have been hooked, very poor
Johnson - 4, ineffective
Howson - 6, alone in centre midfield, did some good things
Surman - 6, actually didn't do too bad, some nice touches, should have stayed on for Wes, Johnson should have come off, or Snodgrass
Jackson - 7, the only threat in the first half, should have stayed on
Morison - 5, got a goal but didn't really look up to it
Holt - 7, good goal, looked a threat, still looks bigger than last season but should start next week
Wessi - 6, not a left winger, didn't have long, but still some touches of class
Tettey - didn't have long enough to rate but did well enough.

Would like to see Fox, Wes, Tettey, Butterfield, Bennett all in the mix, and Pilks if he's fit. Midfield needs wholesale changes, and as we've got 200 of them we might as well see what they can do.

But if Bassong's not fit next week I fear another humping.
