Broadband advice please

Currently with BT for phone & broadband but it seems that I can save a bit of cash each month by swapping to Virginmedia and get a much faster speed than with BT (currently getting 6.5mb & 1mb up)

Anyone in the Norwich earlier currently on Virgin - what sort of speeds do you get (I'm in NR3)

A few horror stories about the Superhub not being particularly super - is it actually any good?
