the emails are every day at around 11am (as long as there is football that day)

i just do it online at betfair as thats the only one im registered to nowdays. it doesnt say exactly which website to use, it just tells you an average amount (say 15/1) that itll come to at most places

i do the bets on my lunch each day, only takes about 10mins
