there's always a risk of losing squad players when you have lots of cup games. If we had bought a frontline striker, we'd have been risking Holt, One R or Jackson.

As it is, we inevitably risked the youngster, and are now relying on the three above. That *does* leave us more vulnerable, IMO.

Mind you, I never thought we should of let Vaughan go, and said so at the time. Even though that risks bringing the roth of Jafski down on my head.
