Tettey and Fox is a better fit than Howson and Johnson

They have clearly defined roles in a 5 man midfield and should be good at them. Howson and Johnson are better in a 4 man midfield as they don't have one outstanding part to their play but perhaps
More versatile than Fox.

There is no logical reason to start Howson deep over Fox in my view. Fox is better at positioning himself and far better at passing which should be most of what he needs to do in that role.
