I think Surman needs to be dropped for Pilkington

or Snodgrass to go over to the left and Bennett to start on the right.

Surman doesn't do enough through out a game for me. His best asset is his movement but his finishing isn't good enough to capitalise on it. Pilkington is essentially a better version of him with less work ethic. I'd sacrifice a bit of grit for some extra craft.

Snodders looks good but seems very uncomfortable on his right foot. He would look a far better player on the left. I'd like to see Snodgrass and Pilks compete for the left wing spot, both supply natural width.

We could also do with Elliott Bennett's pace, something that we severely lack! He's also a natural right footed winger, the only one we have. Despite playing 4-5-1 today I really felt that we lacked width.
