Howson frustrates me with his dribbling runs where he ends up running into somebody

and they usually take place near the centre circle where there's a better option to pass to. He doesn't look very comfortable playing in an anchor role.

Johnson should only play if he's 100% fired up for every game. Far too inconsistent from game to game and not quick enough when moving the ball.

Surman is also lucky to be in the team at the moment, surely Pilkington is a better option?
