I put a lot of time/money/effort into getting to a match, and I like to be entertained. I appreciate the players on the pitch gave their all v West Ham, but can't help thinking a change of approach would've wrong-footed them and we'd have nicked it. Vaz Te was so bad we were effectively v 10 men, and I'm sure there was a bit of room for manoeuvre.
