virgin media tips

I've had Virgin since the NTL chumps debacle. The broadband pissed over sky but the TV int as good as no Atlantic. Both services are crappy when stuff goes wrong.
Never be content with what you've got and if you see a better Virgin offer or sky offer ring and say you want to change and usually will improve your package or reduce price.
When broadband fails, and it will, don't wait on fault line for 45 mins, presss the upgrade/cancel button and they answer straight away. Complain bitterly and they will take money off for days when b/b off and give you stuff.

We now have 3 boxes, Tivo on one and V+ on another and all the other stuff. But we're dinks too.
