At the end of each week I work out the daily average for that week.
Week 1 = 1,249
Week 2 = 1,097
Week 3 = 1,084
Week 4 (this week) = 832 (average so far)
I don't know how much I have lost as I don't have any scales, but I have noticed a big difference already and I haven't even done any exercise.
