Can someone tell me what Howson's done to justify being ahead of Wes and Fox?

Seems there's a massive love-in with the fans for him. Don't get me wrong, he's a decent looking player, but he goes missing for long periods and doesn't have the range of passing required to be effective enough in a 2 man central midfield. Would be better in a 3.

David Fox has been fantastic for us. I think only Faurlin can pass a ball as well as him in the bottom half of the table. Hoolahan's record speaks for itself. He's been consistently ahead of Hoolahan when they've played in the same league and doesn't deserve to be out of the team.
