Could be flickering supply or could be a series of emergency isoltions.
Either way, might be a good idea to ring the loss of supply/ emergency number on your bill.
It'll either be known about and logged into an incident, or it won't be and if not, it might be a good idea to make them aware- even if you're the only one affected.
