I went to Petra on a days trip from Taba Heights in Egypt

Amazing place, built at the crossroads of the spice route and Kings Highway. The tour guides always called it 'The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan' and not just Jordan.

The country is steeped in history. I hope that you have time to explore!
