The suggestion is that the new low end model will be the iPhone4

Which then be available on ?20 a month contracts. There is not too much difference between the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s - therefore not enough difference between the iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 to warrant paying for the iPhone 5 IMO
