UEFA hands out first penalties under financial fair play rules

Atletico Madrid, Malaga, Sporting and Fenerbahce among 23 to have had prize money withheld. Clubs have until 30 September to prove their finances are in order.

Fines were issued because of football related debts to other clubs/players etc

That's a shame, because referees book less to bigger teams
