As a dog owner things like this make me so angry

Non pet owners wont get it, but a dog is like part of the family. Why would someone be so cruel to an animal that had no way of defending itself, would they have done the same to a human who could fight back.

If I found someone who had committed such horrible acts, I would not be held responsible for my actions.
