home after finishing a sponsored bike ride from london to Norwich. Was epic, totally lucked out with the weather, though was tough on the arse i have to say. Got smashed in the garden house for old times sake, then stayed in the old park farm hotel in heathersett last night, bargain for 90 quid a head.
