No sure what your point was about drugs, but clearly Wiggins doesn't partake. This year he has won the TdeF, The Paris-Nice, the Tour de Romandie, Crit?rium du Dauphin? and an Olympic gold medal. That's a staggering achievement. He's also a 'personality'!
But I wouldn't argue about any of those who have been mentioned - or others- winning the award. We really have been spoilt this year with choice! Wiggo is just my pick. I don't care if it's because we didn't take it that seriously in the past. Bradley Wiggins did it this year (albeit with an amazing team around him) and for that he gets my vote!
