7. Aidan White - Leeds: At only 20, to be already known for your pace, versatility and reliability can only come through a combination of natural talent and sheer hard-work. He is highly rated at Elland Road, in fact so much so, that they expected him to leave in the summer, with Newcastle, Celtic and Lille closely following him. A move didn't materialize, and he committed himself for another three years; already an established ROI U-21 international, we should expect him to be a regular on the international scene over the coming decade. One to watch for sure.
