Can track calories, put in your exercise when you do it and helps to track/predict your weight loss.

Agree with comments below, running really helps with depression, started it myself to shift weight caused by medication I was on. Since coming off them its helped my mind no end.

If you cant run go for walks, or try and find a cheap local gym, take it slow do some cycling/walk on treadmill/cross trainer you'll be surprised how quickly your fitness improves, and the weight just follows that.
