every scenario is different.....

if you can SEE he has a gun, he goes to shoot you, you are entitled to shoot him first as you believe your life was at threat.

if you cant see he has a gun, but he TELLS you he has a gun and will shoot you, you can shoot him as you believe your life was in threat.

if you cant see a gun, he doesnt tell you he has a gun and he shoots you first you are entitled to shoot back and defend yourself. Its s**t, but thats the law.

if you cant see a gun, he doesnt say he has a gun, your life is not in threat, you cant just shoot him.
