Warranty question

Have a graphic card with a two year warranty purchased on thr 3/08/04. As in the terms of the warranty, it malfunctioned so I sent it back to the original seller. The product is no longer available so I've asked for a similar model in terms of price/performance. The company won't offer that model, am I within my rights to demand a full cash refund?
