RE the smoking ban and the fisherman/washing up liquid debate earlier........

with regards to the smoking ban, i am in favour of it. I do not normally smoke but when i have a pint, i like a cigarette with it. Now i have just come back from Sweden where smoking is banned in pubs and clubs. If you want to have a cigarette you have to go outside or onto a balcony. If i and other people want to harm our health by smoking a cigarette we can, but why the hell should non smokers have to inhale our smoke?

With regards to the fisherman/ washing up liquid debate. The fisherman was probably putting some sort of groundbait into the water to attract the fish. Although fishermen do coat their line in washing up liquid to make it sink on windy days.
