Have needed a bit of rain to raise the river levels where we're going.

Catches in recent weeks have been measly in both quality and quantity. Total numbers well down on yearly average.

It's started to come good this week though with higher water levels, plenty of decent grilse to have a go out.... as long as there's not too much more rain to churn the waters up.
