It's OK

I just think it's pretty difficult to get someone in who's guaranteed to score goals and/or contribute positively to the team. You pretty much have to take a risk on someone. Either find someone who's 30+ and unwanted by a bigger prem club, someone young or someone from abroad.

Most of the players who have done well for clubs of our stature in the prem tend to be ones who suddenly find some form in their 20s. People like Andy Johnson, Holt, Graham etc
