Weird decision by Rhodes to go there

If the initial fee is ?4.5m as reported you would think his agent could have got him a prem move. Instead he's going to a club run by lunatics and managed by a tw*t who are in the same division. If he doesn't get goals for Blackburn then that's his prem chances down the drain. All very strange.
