no different to the SAS i suppose

once the SAS are called to go in to solve a terrorist situation, they shoot to kill, no messing, whole magazine emptied into the offender. The only way the terrorist is leaving the building is in a bag. Assume its the same with the yanks (since they are even more gung ho).
