Thought I was being silly.

But it MIGHT happen-then there's January. And if, IF, we went down-wouldn't he be a prime target for a few clubs and wouldn't he think about moving on anyway?

He is settled in the area-family connections and all that but is becoming very high profile and is now going to be an England squad regular. So maybe Bunn is not coming in for him now but is a possibility in January or this time next year?

Just idle speculation but it won't go away.
