SPONSORED BIKE RIDE FROM LONDON TO NORWICH, PLS SUPPORT ME!

Hi everyone,

On 7th September I am embarking on a 105 mile bike ride from London to Norwich to raise money for a charity called Soccer Babies with 7 other fat middle-aged troupers ( and Lance Armstrong's pharmacist if we can get him).

Soccer Babies seeks to harness the passion for football in Africa to improve health , education and nutrition in local communities. This appeal is an unglamourous but critical project to build a sanitation block in the primary school of Kanvilli Tunaavili, a small suburb in the city of Tamale in northern Ghana. They have no decent sanitation or running water which leaves them vulnerable to snake bites, infection and embarrassment when the children and teachers go into the bush to relieve themselves.
