the trouble is with footy, the saying "you make your own luck" is never

truer than it is in a footy match.

Holt wouldnt have scored the goals he's scored over the past 3 years if it wasnt for the work he puts in to create that bit of "luck" in being in the right position at the right time.

Plodding about expecting things to fall for you does not work.
