Seriously, those two pieces were genuinely accepted and published in something that passes for a serious newspaper?

And the writer is on Staff?

Well all I can say is that all of those out there wanting to break into journalism and/or those on courses doing the same...look at what you are up against!

Puerile stuff, utterly without merit and written as a sugary favour to the subject-the fact it got through and was published is an affront to journalism and to Archant.
