Admittedly, the excuse 'I thought you had unlimited broadband' is lame - so it will be a case of wait and see for now. This isn't some sort of unconditional surrender on my part.

Bear in mind, he lives down one flight of stairs. I still have to see him, talk to him.

Time will tell, but as I won't be out of pocket, I won't bubble him.
