There is a separate ticket collection window for normal league games

Its a little bit further round from the ticket office on the Jarrold Stand side.

Dont know if they'll employ the same process though for a cup game, where the amount of people picking up tickets will be much higher. Would've thought so, but I've seen them do odd things first hand at cup games before...
