Only George Best knows his situation

Not me, not anyone on here and to say otherwise is guessing. Its just possible that he's a complete idiot who could have stopped if he'd really wanted to. He also like many alchoholics may have been so addicted that there was no way out, except probably death.

None of us will ever know though.
