A charming young man in our carriage was arguing that Morison's pass completion quota last season was unsatisfactory and not up to his expectations. I countered this devastating salvo with the fact that most of the highest quotas were defenders', at which point he decided to ask us whether we were "retarded". Jafski had already disagreed with the whole Morison argument, and then went over to him, asked who he was calling a retard, and whether he wanted to carry on the discussion, the c**t. He didn't so got called a c**t a couple more times. Fair dos really.

All because there was no beer at Cambridge.
