Encroachment

It wouldn't have been fair yesterday to retake the penalty after Ruddy saved it. The encroachment didn't impact on Cisse's strike.

Should a penalty be just between the taker and the goalkeeper, not going to open play following a save? If it's saved you could restart play with a goal-kick. Why should the taking team get another chance with the keeper out of position? An interesting one. I'm not sure either way to be honest! Could maybe just say no retake if it's players from the taker's team encroaching.
